I’m a bit late to this interview, but loved that Neale is sharing. True the comment that we should live in our houses. We bought a red leather lounge recently and painted a wall an ocean mediterranean blue, called passion blue. We’ve yet to pull out that bath in the ensuite even though it makes the space too small.

Loved the interview Chris. Especially Neale’s point about ‘losing a future buyer’. We spent 10 years in our single bathroom home with a bath we never used, and squashy shower that we used everyday, and no toilet. All because people would say ‘you need to keep the bath if you sell’. Well, last year I realised we need to actually live the way we want in our house, and we ripped out the bath and replaced it with a gloriously large walk in shower and added a toilet (yay for a 2 toilet house!). If we ever sell, we could add a bath and have a shower over bath, but for now, we’re loving it!
